MAINTENANCE
After the 1 Year Installers Warranty Period is over, we offer Maintenance Contracts on the Security systems that we have installed.
Under a Maintenance Contract, all call-outs to rectify faults with the system are not charged, and priority is given to these call-outs.
Even if a property management company chooses not to take up the Maintenance Contract with us, we are happy to offer follow-up support were possible.
Q: I am a property manager and need to get hold of key fobs. Can you help me?
A: Yes. Please contact us if you would like to order any Key Fobs or Remotes as we stock the likes of PAC and ‘Nice’ amongst others.
Q: You did not install the security system on my development. What can you do for me?
A: If you would like us to attend site to investigate a system fault, we will be more than happy to assist you. Please ensure that you have the following information available so we can be fully prepared before sending out an engineer:
- The Site Address. We mainly operate within Greater London, but we also have engineers in Birmingham and Bristol.
- The Make of the system / name of the Manufacturer.
- Information about any special site access arrangements.
- Credit / Debit card details for payment of the call-out charge up-front.
The Maintenance Department is open on:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5pm
Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm
